Standard twin room with everything you would expect other than a socket next to bed. Breakfast was good but bacon was a little dry so don’t leave it too long to get downstairs for breakfast. Staff are very accommodating
Very helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location for sightseeing. Good and clean room
Possibly the worst hotel in Dundee? Certainly the worst I've stayed in.
The central location is the only upside.
Parking is limited, except adjoining the (low ceiling) council car park which was not cheap. And no discount is offered.
Most of the food on the, extremely basic, 'menu' was unavailable (how can you run out of onion rings?) And what arrived was clearly cooked from frozen, barely warmed up and of extremely poor quality.
Don't start me on the toilets (3 urinals out of order as well as a sink) and the toilet was actually so disgusting as to be unusable! I will not share the pictures!!
Lasted one night before transferring to another hotel.
Avoid at all costs!
It was perfect for us for 1 night, room was small but clean, bed was comfortable.
Location is perfect to explore Dundee. …
Could have done without them tucking the quilts into the bottom of the bed as I returned to my room late one night and had to change my bedding in the dark, maybe make it so the top of the quilt is higher up the bed when made.
Room was comfortable and well laid out, bed and pillows were good.
The breakfast was very poor because the same spread was offered throughout my stay . . . Bacon, Pork Sausage, Scrambled Egg and Beans as the main ,,,, I don't …
Great quick check in, staff very professional. Room brilliant and large , great view over the river tay, very central lots of eateries close by. Hotel has a bar and a restaurant, would highly recommend.
Breakfast while included in the price was rather locking in terms of variety with just four types of breakfast cereal plus yoghurt one flavour of fruit porridge and fresh fruit.
